The Bridge Program is a one-on-one performance progression program built for individuals who have completed rehabilitation but want to continue improving before returning to higher-level activity.

WHO THIS PROGRAM IS DESIGNED FOR

The Bridge Program is designed for individuals who have completed physical therapy but want additional guidance before returning to higher-level activity. Common cases include ACL reconstruction, rotator cuff repair, Achilles tendon rupture, labral repair, total joint replacement, and other orthopedic injuries.

Many people are cleared for activity but don't feel ready to perform at the level they want. The Bridge Program helps bridge the gap between rehabilitation and performance.

What is the Bridge Program?

The Bridge Program is a 6-week, one-on-one performance progression program designed for individuals who have completed physical therapy but want additional guidance before returning to higher-level activity.

How is the Bridge Program different from physical therapy?

Physical therapy focuses on recovery and rehabilitation. The Bridge Program focuses on helping individuals continue building strength, confidence, and performance after rehabilitation is complete.

Who is the Bridge Program for?

The program is ideal for individuals recovering from ACL reconstruction, rotator cuff repair, Achilles tendon rupture, labral repair, total joint replacement, and other orthopedic injuries who want to continue progressing.

Is the Bridge Program only for athletes?

No. While many athletes participate in the program, it is also designed for active adults who want to return to golf, pickleball, running, hunting, fitness, and other activities they enjoy.

What happens during the program?

Each program is individualized and may include strength development, performance training, movement assessment, return-to-sport progression, and activity-specific preparation based on your goals.

How long is the Bridge Program?

The program consists of 12 one-on-one sessions completed over 6 weeks.
